Study Description

ESCORT-HU Extension Study aims to evaluate the long-term safety of Siklos in adults and paediatric patients with sickle cell disease. The study will focus on the occurrence and incidence of malignancies, leg ulcers, male fertility impairment, and serious unexpected adverse events causally related to Siklos. The aim is to gather complete safety information regarding the long-term use of Siklos in current practice and follow patients for up to 5 years. The study is not concluding any results or asking people to join, and patients should consult their doctor before making any changes to their treatment.
